We schedule a coordination meeting before the Conference Day to review the itinerary, coverage expectations, priorities, interview opportunities, communication workflow, and operational details. This helps ensure alignment and a smooth production experience for both teams.

What is the difference between Content Creation and Professional Videography?

Content Creation focuses on capturing vertical and horizontal raw video clips that OHA Dreams can use for Reels, Stories, YouTube, and future marketing.

Professional Videography is a full video production using professional cameras, audio, lighting when needed, and professional editing to deliver a polished final video.

Can I add video editing to Content Creation?

Yes. You can receive all the raw footage and add professional editing for a vertical social media video, a horizontal YouTube video, or both.

Can photography and Content Creation be combined?

Yes. Services can be combined depending on the event. For example, we can document the décor with Content Creation and then provide photography coverage for your client.

What if my client needs additional coverage time?

Additional hours can be added. Subject to availability.
