Through a documentary storytelling approach, we focus on real interactions, audience engagement, branding moments, and the energy of the event, creating visual content ready for marketing, social media, and future promotions.

Agreement and Certificate of Insurance
We will send you the photography services agreement along with the certificate of insurance (if needed) for your review and signature.
Booking and Confirmation
Signing the agreement confirms your reservation and secures the event date.
A small deposit is typically required to reserve the date; however, we understand that some organizations prefer a simpler process. We can offer flexibility through a payment plan or full payment before the event.
Event and Delivery
We will coordinate all necessary details in advance, provide full coverage of the event, and deliver the images within the agreed timeframe.

How soon will the content be delivered after each event?
Depending on the selected package, edited photos are typically delivered within 24–72 hours. Highlight videos and reels are delivered within a few business days, optimized for social media and marketing use.
What makes your coverage different from standard event coverage?

Will the same production team cover all six events?
Team members may vary depending on scheduling and event needs; however, we maintain the same quality standards, visual style, and storytelling approach throughout the entire series to ensure consistency across all events.
Do you provide equipment such as lighting and audio if needed?
Yes. Professional camera equipment, lighting, stabilization, and audio support can be included depending on the needs of the event and selected coverage option.
